Privacy & Data Ethics

Privacy Policy

How BitChange and operating entity Pillay R Group Company Limited protect your digital footprint: zero accounts, no behavioral trackers, and minimal ephemeral data retention.

01. Data Controller & Privacy-First Philosophy

The BitChange cryptocurrency swap service (bit-change.net) is operated by Pillay R Group Company Limited, registered under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles (operating term: 2025–2026).
Registered Corporate Office: Pillay R Group Company Limited, P.O. Box 87, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles.

At BitChange and Pillay R Group Company Limited, privacy is not merely a marketing feature — it is our core engineering foundation. We believe that financial transactions between free individuals should remain as private, direct, and unencumbered as exchanging physical currency.

We do not collect names, residential addresses, government identity cards, telephone numbers, browser fingerprints, or bank credentials. You can access and perform exchanges across 25+ major blockchains without ever creating an account or revealing your personal identity.

02. Information Processed During Ephemeral Swaps

To execute an automated cryptocurrency swap, the BitChange platform only processes the bare technical parameters required to interface with public blockchain networks:

  • Source & Destination Currency: The asset pair chosen for the swap (e.g. BTC → XMR or ETH → USDT).
  • Deposit & Destination Public Addresses: The cryptographic on-chain addresses needed to receive your deposit and dispatch your swapped funds.
  • Transaction Volumes & Hashes (TXIDs): The numerical amount and public transaction IDs necessary to calculate rates, verify block confirmations, and complete the settlement.
  • Optional Customer Support References: If you voluntarily open a ticket on our Support Desk, an optional email or 4-digit PIN is stored strictly to allow you to read customer service replies.

03. Ephemeral Data Lifecycle & Log Purging

Order metadata is retained temporarily in volatile database storage solely to ensure transaction completion, handle potential blockchain network reorganizations, and resolve customer support inquiries. Once an exchange order is finalized and past the support resolution window, technical routing records are systematically purged.

04. Cookies & Third-Party Behavioral Trackers

BitChange does not use third-party tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or commercial ad networks). We only utilize local browser storage (such as your session state) to preserve your preferences (e.g., dark/light mode, pinned currency selections) and ensure ultra-fast, reactive interface updates.

05. Network Infrastructure & Security Protections

All communication between your device and BitChange is protected by high-grade TLS encryption (HTTPS). IP addresses accessing our servers are processed temporarily in volatile memory buffers strictly to enforce DDoS rate-limiting rules (preventing malicious server spam) and are never linked to cryptocurrency wallet addresses or individual swap transactions.

06. User Rights & Data Ethics

Because BitChange does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) or maintain persistent user accounts, there is no personal profile or user dossier linked to your identity. If you ever contact support with an email address and wish for your support ticket to be wiped immediately upon resolution, you may submit an erasure request at any time.

07. Corporate Operator Contact & Data Inquiries

For all inquiries regarding data protection policies or corporate matters concerning BitChange, you may contact the operating entity directly:
